First it was Oscar doing the Cinnamon Challenge, and now its Mondo’s turn… After all sorts of emails that came in with suggestions, we settled on the Peep Challenge. The rules are to eat 24 Marshmallow Peeps in 5 minutes….but Mondo said he could do it FASTER so we gave him 4.

I couldn’t breathe, i was choking, coughing out puffs of cinnamon, the whole 9. It was a terrible decision to do the cinnamon challenge. For days after my throat hurt and didn’t feel right…. but i made it thru and despite some objections from Katt and Mondo, I DID NOT THROW UP!

We had Doctor Nukk on the line to ask him some Medial questions, as well as to coach me along in the challenge.

Another week, another great Lowdown Show that we are throwing at you. It takes a lot of time to get our Lowdown Radio Playlist together, we have music coming in from YOU, the fans, but also from Katt, Mondo, and myself.
